Freshly painted white kitchen cabinets by Carolina Kitchens & Baths

Service Overview

When your cabinets are in good structural shape but the color or finish is dated, painting is the fastest and most affordable way to transform your kitchen. Carolina Kitchens & Baths has been painting cabinets for Charlotte and Raleigh homeowners since 2016 — and we do it right, using the same professional spray process used in cabinet factories.

Our process removes all doors and drawer fronts, which are painted at our off-site facility. Cabinet frames are cleaned, degreased, sanded, and primed on-site. The result is a smooth, factory-quality finish with no brush marks, no drips, and a hard topcoat that won't peel or chip like standard paint.

Our Cabinet Painting Services

Hundreds of Color Options

We work with the full Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams professional lines — thousands of colors to choose from. Our team helps you select a color that complements your countertops, flooring, and hardware.

Factory-Smooth Spray Finish

We do not use brushes or rollers. Doors and drawer fronts are removed and sprayed at our facility using commercial spray equipment — delivering a smooth, streak-free, factory-quality finish.

Durable Professional-Grade Topcoat

We use professional-grade waterborne alkyd topcoats that are significantly more durable than standard paint. With normal care, a professional cabinet paint job lasts 8–15 years.

Minimal Family Disruption

Doors are removed on day one and painted at our facility. Cabinet frames are prepped and painted on-site. Most kitchens are reassembled and fully usable within 2–4 days.

Save 50%+ vs. Replacement

New cabinets can cost $15,000–$30,000 or more. Cabinet painting delivers the same fresh look for $2,500–$6,000 depending on kitchen size — keeping your structurally sound cabinet boxes.
